Refund policy

We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges for size only, which must be made in person at our physical location.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You must present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges are limited to size adjustments only and are subject to item availability.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately via our Contact Page so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Exchangeable items
We cannot exchange the following:
Custom products (e.g., personalized items, special orders)
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
Sale items
Gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

European Union Customer
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers retain the 14-day right of withdrawal as required by EU law. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the standard conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
